A journey immersed in nature where we nurture our potential as empowered change agents for unlocking an abundant food system. Deep in nature, we drop into a place of insight, creativity, connection, and problem-solving. Stepping into a new regenerative operating paradigm to cultivate the future of food.
Think the food system can and needs to be better?
Whether you’re an investor, farmer, corporate, innovator, academic, policy-maker, or chef -- if your work touches the food system and you believe a brighter food future is possible, then you are invited to this transformative learning journey for an intimate group of UK change agents.
The industrial food system is broken and so is the mindset that got us here. The evidence revealing the problem is plenty. The solution pathways have been identified. Initiatives are underway and investment is flowing. Yet, food is far from living up to its full potential for people and the planet
It’s time for a fresh approach.
It’s time to get out from behind the laptops, put the reports aside, step out of our echo chambers and come together in a diverse community to learn directly from nature’s intelligence and reclaim our agency to reimagine the food system.
A small group of food system leaders from across the UK will come together for an immersive 3-day experience where we’ll get hands-on, cultivate community, and uplevel our personal and collective capacity to create real and meaningful change.
Deep in nature, we drop out of the daily grind, into a place of insight, creativity, connection, and problem-solving. From there, we bring in new knowledge through sensory and immersive experiences -- farmwork, foraging, cooking -- and rich dialogues that deepen our understanding of food system mechanics and promising solution areas. Together, we embark on a journey of redefining what a ‘wealthy food future’ really means.
In this unique environment, meaningful connections are formed, discoveries are found, and our path to becoming the change agents we are meant to be is initiated. To overhaul today’s system, we need to upgrade the level of the mind from which we are solving. Mindset focused sessions will be offered to dissolve old default modes and evolve a new regenerative operating paradigm.
We’ll leave with…
To support cultivation of long-standing connections and community, participation is only for those based in the UK.

The campsite has spacious bell tents with a queen futon and shared shower/toilet block. You'll have your own wood burning stove for morning tea and access to a community kitchen. We provide essentials such as towels, torches, usb charging points, a cool box and comfortable bedding.
Our Tiny Boat has serene views of the lake, beautiful deck, woodland shower and a queen bed. This is a short walk from the campsite and retreat buildings so is a wild haven for those looking a more private experience. (Don't worry - the Tiny Boat now has curtains).
