About this event

A gentle, strengthening, zen-filled yoga, Hatha Flow is a relaxing yet energising practice involving breath, body and mind. In Sanskrit, Hatha translates to "force." Our focus is on guided postures and movement to strengthen and calm.

We will release endorphins throughout the body, relieving stress and boosting mood as the practice supports us to shift from head to heart.

The stillness of the final relaxation will cement a feeling of wellbeing and calm for the day ahead.

This session is suitable for all abilities and can be tailored to your group. You will leave with tools and guidance to use both on and off the mat.

The experience is exclusive and complimentary to guests staying with us on a Self-Guided Retreat Package. There is no need to book. Maddie will meet you in the group room at the Hermitage. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to prevent a delayed start time
