We are looking for a cook to join our front facing team within the farmhouse kitchen. Working in an open kitchen you will play a vital role in delivering food experiences to our guests.
The kitchen delivers food aligned with our food philosophy, which specifies nutritional, sustainable and ethical practices centered around a soil to gut approach. We are supplied with biodynamic vegetables grown on site, cultivated and foraged wild foods and locally sourced organic ingredients as well as a small percentage of foods from further abroad. Our menus are fully inclusive and we cater for a wide range of dietary requirements with a strong onus (but not limited to) on allergen aware, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free cooking.
