Currently operating in the UK, we are home to a stunning farmhouse estate alongside an experimental, organic working farm in Somerset. You will be supporting the Guest Experience team to deliver an amazing guest experience. You will combine your housekeeping skills with customer services experience to support us in making sure our spaces are ready for guests by cleaning and dressing all guest accommodation to a high standard along with playing a part in delivering our guest services where needed, including check-ins and welcoming guests, supporting the front of house team during events, and supporting guests during their stay.
You will be responding to the housekeeping needs of the 42 Acres community including guest accommodation, welfare facilities and resident accommodation. Together with the team, you’ll make sure everyone is looked after and feels at home and that guests value the role that you play in their life changing experiences. In this role you will develop an understanding of what it takes to prepare for guests to arrive, to hold them while they stay and what it requires to keep services and spaces meeting and exceeding expected standards along with supervising the team to do the same.
You will be reporting to the House Manager and working alongside the hospitality team. Full training will be provided.
