The natural movement philosophy, often referred to as ‘rewilding humans’ supports us to re-learn and re-integrate movement patterns that were part of our hunter-gatherer ancestors’ daily lives. These include fundamental actions such as kneeling, squatting, climbing, brachiating (swinging from the arms), and running barefoot.
In this session, we’ll begin to move away from the sedentary sitting culture of modern life which can negatively affect posture, spinal health, and overall energy. And, re-engage with our ancestral movement patterns to support improved well-being and natural vitality.
