Come inside. A local Christmas tree acts as a small, borrowed forest. Rooms are warm with candlelight and real fires.
We start with spruce cordial, honourably-harvested right here. In the depths of winter, when much of the landscape lies dormant, spruce is winter medicine – like drinking the memory of sunshine!
Next, our Wild Winter Menu, served family style at a long, shared table for deepening connection.
This food is a final expression of our land, and invites connection with this time, this place, and each other.
