Food is a final expression of this land, lovingly tended and prepared by our land and food teams. Wild plants provide food and medicine for our menus, and for the wildlife on the land.
Choose from our signature fire cook – an organic, foraged and farmed feast cooked over open flames, dining in the open air oak forest.
Or, private dining in the elegant dining room with a consciously crafted, grounding menu that is second to none in terms of regenerative provenance. You may experience flavours you’ve never tried before.
Guided Experiences
Our vision is to reconnect with nature, self, and others. Choose from a range of immersive experiences birthed from this land to demonstrate this vision in action.
Experiences range from a private session in our woodland sauna to a Guided Rewilding Walk. From a Garden Grazing edible tour to Wild Crafting sessions where you can make your own flower crowns to wear to dinner. Each is designed to spark curiosity and invite play. Each offers an opportunity to experience each other in a new light and create memories that will stay with you long after you leave this land.
