Foundations of Foraging

Walk the land and develop the skills and confidence to safely identify a range of wild foods and medicinals - many of which have been used for centuries in traditional food and healing.

Join Molly for a gentle, guided walk that invites reconnection to a knowing that was vital to our ancestors—a deep, embodied wisdom carried through generations. By engaging with the abundance of wild, medicinal foods growing all around us, we support ourselves to shift from a mindset of scarcity to one of abundance.

  • Learn key identifying features of edibles, medicinals, and common poisonous plants.
  • Discover which wildflowers, herbs, trees, and mushrooms are seasonably available and how to include them in your diet.
  • Experience foraging through mindful feeling, smelling, and tasting.
  • Cultivate your own intuitive ability to sense into the ‘living larder’ and medicine cabinet that surrounds us.
  • Return with foraged wild foods and medicinal plants to enjoy.
