Join us to walk our land and develop the skills and confidence to safely identify a range of wild foods and medicinals – many of which have been used for centuries in traditional food and healing.

  • Learn key identifying features on edibles, medicinals and common poisonous plants.
  • Discover which wild flowers, herbs, trees and mushrooms are commonly available and how to include them in your diet.
  • Experience foraging through tasting, smelling and meditation.
  • Discover how to enhance your own intuitive ability to sense into the living larder and medicine cabinet that surrounds us.

You’ll also return with an abundance of foraged wild foods and medicinal plants to enjoy.

About the hosts

Molly Armstrong

Molly is a gardener and grower at 42 Acres. She has experienced a vast abundance of wild and forage-able foods, and practises progressive and ancient methods of growing and wild-tending. Molly loves taking our guests out on our land and sharing how to safely and sustainably forage. And, she's in charge of decorating the house for Christmas!
