Underfloor heating throughout gives this space gives a minimalist, uncluttered, and luxurious aesthetic. All fixtures are high quality. Original features have been preserved and there are details throughout to surprise and delight.

Enter into a spacious hallway where historic stonework contrasts with modern glass balustrading. Look carefully and you’ll see large crystals sunk into the walls. This entrance gives way to a beautiful, triple-aspect living/dining space that is both sociably open plan, and practically equipped with large kitchen island and breakfast bar.

On the first floor, you’ll find two large triple-aspect bedrooms with far-reaching views across the estate. One of these also contains a double sofa  bed.* There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath with beautiful views across to the woodland, and the other with a walk-in shower.

Outside you’ll find a private dining area, plus a private electric vehicle charger and private parking space.

The building has far-reaching views over 42 Acres’ regenerative estate, and you’re welcome to explore our 173 acres of wild spaces, including ancient woodland, rewilded meadows, edible hedges, a lake suitable for wild swimming & an abundance of wildlife.

We do not allow pets at Monk’s Hatch we welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs at Library Barn, Deer Cottage, and Rettig
