You are welcome to book our bell tents with us direct on bookings@42acres.com or 07511 209876 at £90 per tent per night (min 2 nights). Each tent sleeps 2 on a queen size futon. We are also able to add up to 2 sleeping mats (with bedding) for children up to the age of 12 at no extra charge.

Our small camp site featuring 8 bell tents is a new, seasonal addition to our established wellbeing retreat centre. Inside each of our spacious bell tents you’ll find a double futon complete with bedding and towels. We can also add up to 2 x kids sleeping mats (complete with bedding) at no extra cost, if you wish. These are Oxford camping mats and are suitable for children up to the age of 12.

The campsite has its own outdoor fire pit and seating area. Each tent is provided with a small coal-fuelled stove, together with sustainably sourced wood and charcoal. We'll also provide pots, pans, crockery and cutlery as well as  solar lights and a torch. We ask that you bring your own food in a cool box and we have a small freezer available so you can replenish your ice packs. There's also a phone charging point.

The camp site has its own communal shower and toilet block consisting of 3 showers and 3 toilets. We'll provide eco-friendly toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner).

The setting is quite extraordinary. You're welcome to explore wild spaces, including ancient woodland, rewilded meadows, edible hedges, a 7-acre lake (you're welcome to borrow our row boat  and/or SUP board). There is an abundance of wildlife and this is the perfect place to reconnect with nature.

You'll be provided with a map of the land which is also home to pioneering agri-wilding projects like our woodland micro-mushroom farm and interesting spaces like our secret treehouse built around an veteran oak -

sitting quietly here will be rewarded with the sight and sound of wildlife.

Please note, there is no WiFi access though in some areas you can get 4G.
