Walk our land and develop the skills and confidence to safely identify a range of wild foods and medicinals.

About this event

Join us to walk our land and develop the skills and confidence to safely identify a range of wild foods and medicinals - many of which have been used for centuries in traditional food and healing.

  • Learn key identifying features on edibles, medicinals and common poisonous plants.
  • Discover which wild flowers, herbs, trees and mushrooms are commonly available and how to include them in your diet.
  • Experience foraging through tasting, smelling and meditation.
  • Discover how to enhance your own intuitive ability to sense into the living larder and medicine cabinet that surrounds us.

You’ll also return with an abundance of foraged wild foods and medicinal plants to enjoy.

The experience is exclusive and complimentary to guests staying with us on a Self-Guided Retreat Package. There is no need to book. Molly will meet you in the dining room at the Hermitage.
